How to make Lemon Infused Water!
Making your own flavoured water is one of the easiest ways to create a tasty, healthy thirst quenching drink with the fewest ingredients.
All you need is some ice, water and whatever you would like to infuse it with. I like using fruit because it infuses quickly and often adds a nice touch of color to the water.
Here’s the best way to make a quick batch of my favourite infusion.
> Lemon Slices
Fill a Jar or Jug with ice and add the lemon slices. Add the water to the top and stir. Store in the fridge overnight. In the morning you will have a fresh, cool glass of lemon water to energize your day.
Lemon water is great to kickstart your metabolism and works to encourage the digestive process. This make it the perfect drink to enjoy with your breakfast and throughout the day.
